Retreat FAQ
The dates for the retreat are Thursday October 8th - Monday Oct 12th.
Guest are always able to leave late Sunday evening if they choose.
Check-out is at 9am Monday morning. (10/12)
Guests are required to schedule flights to arrive at Orlando International Airport (MCO) before 1:00 PM EST on arrival day so everyone can settle in before the retreat begins.
One-way transportation from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to the retreat location will be provided on arrival day for guests who arrive before 1:00 PM. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation back to the airport.
Guests may depart late Sunday evening or Monday morning before 8:30 AM depending on their travel preferences.
Yes. Meals and refreshments will be provided throughout the retreat.
Yes. Guests will have the opportunity to share dietary restrictions before the retreat so accommodations can be made when possible.
Guests must be 21 years or older to attend the retreat.
After registration, guests will receive a detailed welcome packet with travel reminders, packing suggestions, the retreat schedule, and additional event details.
Flights, personal expenses, and transportation back to the airport are not included.
Yes. This retreat is designed as a private, shared experience where all attendees stay together at the Estate.
Yes. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the property.
Yes. Approved guests may join you in your room for the full retreat experience. The additional guest fee is $2,500. All guests must be registered and approved in advance due to limited capacity.
Yes. To maintain a safe and trusted environment for all participants, attendees may be subject to a background check prior to the retreat.
Yes. Each Room Is Listed Individually So You Can Select The Exact Suite You Prefer.
Yes. Housekeeping will be available for guest rooms if attendees choose to request the service during their stay. Shared spaces will also be maintained throughout the retreat.
No. All deposits are non-refundable due to the advance planning and reservations required for the retreat. However, in some cases, you may request to transfer your spot to another approved member with prior notice.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Designated outdoor areas may be available for smoking. Guests are asked to be respectful of the property and other attendees when using these areas.
No. This is an adults-only retreat experience. All attendees must be 21 years or older.
No. Participation in retreat activities is encouraged but not required. Guests are welcome to join the experiences that interest them and take personal time when needed.
Deposit Amounts Are $1,497 For Premium Suites
Deposit Amounts Are $997 For Standard Suites.
If You Choose The Deposit Option, The Remaining Balance Will Be Payment Plan Invoiced With Two Scheduled Payments.
- $3,000 Due Friday, June 12
- $3000 Due Friday, August 7.
All Deposits Are Non-Refundable.
No. Pets are not permitted at the retreat property to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
Yes. The property includes multiple laundry rooms, and guests will have access to the washer and dryer during their stay if needed.
Alcohol may be available during select retreat activities. Guests are expected to drink responsibly and respect the environment of the retreat.
Yes. The retreat includes open time so guests can relax, reflect, or connect with others.
Yes. Guests May Pay In Full At Checkout.
